Jim Arnovitz founded the organization in 1998 in Anchorage, Alaska after fifteen successful years working in the Search industry. A new home office was opened in Michigan in 1999. JSA Associates offers over 20 years of recruitment experience and personalized services for our clients.

Throughout his career, Jim has placed individuals in varied industries. Telecommunications, Automotive Engineering, Software, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, and Consulting Engineering are among his specialties. Jim was employed with Aim Executive for 5 years (now Spherion), one of the top 10 revenue producing search firms in the world.

JSA Associates performs professional searches nationwide for select clients. In the past 10 years JSA has devoted recruitment efforts specializing in the oil and gas industry and consulting engineering for mid to senior level professionals; including engineers, planners, and up to and including CEO positions.
